Kayaking at Jubilee Farm

On a hot day at Jubilee Farm, after a long and tiring day of work, SlackWorks Senior Intern Misha Chertilin took each of us out kayaking in pairs. He made three trips, taking two people at a time from our group of six. The sun was bright, and paddling was tiring, but we were all eager for the adventure.

Misha and Laura swam in the water despite spotting some sea nettles nearby. We found some beautiful shells with unique patterns on the beach.

Reaching the shoals, our destination 1 km up the creek, made the effort worthwhile, and as we paddled back we were happy with the memories of a fun day on the water. Here is a picture of Misha with two of my mates behind him.

Seems like a perfect fit to me! Perched for a tractor pull on Raymond Norris’s John Deere 7700 which he built and uses ONLY for tractor pull competitions. These events are pretty muddy, but you’d never know it from the shine on the machine.
