Mindy and Jabberwalking

On Friday, the 21.7.23, Mindy did a fun activity with us, called Jabberwalking.

First, we started with a few little games with a parachute and we read part of The Jabberwocky poem by Lewis Carroll.

After the games we all got pens and a clipboard with paper. Mindy went with us on a Jabberwalk, through the garden, then the river bamboo and then back to the parachute which we had left on the ground. During the Jabberwalk, Mindy made a few stops to ask us different questions and to give us a bit of inspiration.

Once we returned to the parachute, all of us wrote a short poem or made a drawing from the inspiration we felt when we did the Jabberwalk. At the end everybody had some kind of poem or drawing to mark their time on the Jabberwalk. We shared these with each other.

Thank you, Mindy, for doing this Jabberwalking project with us! It was really fun!
